Class Schedule

Tuesday, January 13th 2026. Evening classes will begin.

Classes will be on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5:30 pm - 9 pm for the first 9 weeks. Starting the 10th week of the program students will begin with an hour long Yoga class as part of the Self care part of our program starting at 5:30 pm and then will continue on into regular class hours. Once the hands on portion of the course begins, some of the classes will extend to 9 PM or 10 PM.

Monday, May 4th 2026. Morning classes will begin.

Classes will be on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 10:30 am - 1 pm for the first 9 weeks. Starting the 10th week of the program students will begin with an hour long Yoga class as part of the Self care part of our program starting at 9 am and then will continue on into regular class hours. Once the hands on portion of the course begins, some of the classes will extend to 3 PM or 4 PM.
